In November 1956, Edwin married Marcella Klove, affectionately known as Marcie. Their marriage lasted an admirable 69 years, during which they nurtured a family of five children: Mark Klove, Lars Klove, Ingrid Klove, Julie Mazza, and Peter Klove. In addition to his professional achievements, Klove was a devoted family man who shared his love for the outdoors with his family. His interests included skiing, sailing, hunting, fishing, and golf, activities that brought joy and togetherness to the Klove family.
