Among the notable dining choices, Atheneum, located at 1000 Brush Street in Detroit, will host brunch seatings at 10 a.m., noon, and 2 p.m., offering a buffet priced at $44.95 per adult and $21.95 for children aged 12 and under. Aurora Italiana at 6199 Orchard Lake Rd. in West Bloomfield will feature a brunch from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., priced at $55 per adult and $35 per child, followed by dinner from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., where mothers will receive complimentary cannoli. Nearby, Aurora On the Lake in Commerce Township will provide similar brunch and dinner offerings.

Different locations of Andiamo, including establishments in Clinton Township and Fenton, will have seatings from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Birmingham Pub, located at 555 S. Old Woodward in Birmingham, is also accommodating guests with seatings between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m.

In Grosse Pointe Farms, Bronze Door will operate between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. for Mother’s Day. Guests can enjoy dining at The Birdy Room at the Shinola Hotel in Detroit, which will hold seatings at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Meanwhile, Café Cortina in Farmington Hills is offering a four-course menu served from noon to 7:30 p.m., priced at $155 per adult and $50 for children.

Eddie Merlot’s in Bloomfield Hills has a reservation-required brunch buffet that runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Eddie V’s in Troy will offer a two-course brunch menu within the same time frame. Unique to the holiday, Five15 Drag Queen Bingo will host a Mother’s Day Brunch in Royal Oak, featuring brunch served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. for $40 per person. Joe Muer Seafood, with locations in Bloomfield and Detroit, will present a grand buffet with prices starting at $79, available from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The Statler in Detroit will provide seatings from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with both brunch and dinner buffet options. Table No. 2, also in Detroit, will cater to guests from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. featuring a gourmet brunch buffet. Additionally, Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth will open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a brunch buffet priced at $36.95 per adult.

Special events for Mother’s Day in metro Detroit could also include bouquet-making workshops and live performances at select venues. Many restaurants intend to treat mothers to complimentary items, such as mimosas, desserts, or sweet rolls, in appreciation for all they do.
