However, if you find yourself in the Thumb region, prepare for a cooler evening with readings possibly dropping into the lower-30s. While the winds will remain light and variable, you might still want to grab a cozy blanket or an extra layer before you head out!
Now, as the clock strikes around 5 a.m. on Sunday, it’s time to pay attention because rain showers are set to sweep in from the west! Metro Detroiters can expect scattered, light rain throughout the day, especially during the afternoon and evening hours. But fear not! As we approach the middle of the week, expect a delightful mix of sunshine and clouds on both Wednesday and Thursday, with temperatures reaching the mid- to upper-50s. However, don’t pack away those jackets just yet; Wednesday night may see lows slipping into the lower-30s, and Thursday night will bring lows around the lower-40s.
And here’s the kicker – late next week, the chance for rain will sneak back into the forecast starting Thursday night, lingering through the weekend.
