CALGARY, Alberta — The Detroit Red Wings take a six-game point streak into Calgary on Saturday night, when they visit the Flames to continue a western road trip.

Detroit is 4-3-3 and has gone 3-0-3 in its last six games. The latest result was a 5-2 win at Vancouver, where Lucas Raymond scored twice and set up another goal. Raymond went without a goal in his first eight games of the season but now has three over his last two, and coach Todd McLellan said the winger is putting himself in better scoring spots and his confidence has returned.

The Red Wings smothered the Canucks, holding them without a shot for the entire second period. Goals also came from William Wallinder, Emmitt Finnie and Michael Rasmussen, while Michael Brandsegg-Nygard and Victor Arvidsson picked up two assists apiece.

The main question in net is John Gibson, who left after two periods with an upper-body issue that McLellan tied to something in his eye. The problem is not expected to be serious. Michal Postava, called up from the Grand Rapids Griffins that morning, made seven saves in his NHL debut.

Saturday is the final game for Detroit at the Scotiabank Saddledome.
