A Detroit man is charged with first-degree murder after a flea-market dispute in Warren left a vendor dead, prosecutors say.

Zarick Lamont Johnson, 41, allegedly assaulted one brother and twice drove a 2004 Chevrolet Express van into Mirhad Cehic outside the County Line Trade Center on Dequindre Road on Sept. 26. Cehic was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Johnson also faces a misdemeanor assault count and a felony charge for committing an offense with a motor vehicle. He pleaded not guilty, was denied bond, and is held at the Macomb County Jail.
