Detroit’s Harvest Fest drew families to Ralph C. Wilson Park along the riverfront for fall fun, pumpkins, costumes, and live entertainment.
Hundreds of people turned out for the festival at Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Centennial Park, with flannels, cardigans, and Halloween costumes in the mix.
The Detroit Riverfront Conservancy hosted the event at Ralph C. Wilson Park. Oct. 4 was the last day, with hours from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Tickets cost $8 online or at the gate, with free admission for guests ages 3 and under, ages 65 and over, and active military with valid ID.
Food truck owner Demetrius Edison said the festival used to be on the Dequindre Cut and that this year’s park venue is a lot bigger. Riverfront Conservancy program manager Renee Rodriguez said the park is approaching its one-year anniversary.
